The Power of Storytelling in Inspiring Others x TalentED
A short recap of this exclusive workshop by Dr. Poornima Luthra for our oikos members!
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of working on our public speaking skills with Dr. Poornima Luthra. While living her passion as a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, she consults companies on how to be truly inclusive by creating diverse workplaces at her consultancy TalentED.
We discovered the power of storytelling in inspiring others and exchanged our thoughts about what holds us back in public speaking and how to prepare for a public talk.
A huge thank you to Poornima for creating a wonderful atmosphere in which we were all encouraged and able to share our deepest concerns and questions.
Inspiring others is especially relevant for our work for a more sustainable world and will help our members in their journeys ahead.
