The Engagement Function

oikos Copenhagen is divided into functions and projects. Every project-team will consist of 6 members, each of them coming from different functions: Project Management, Communication, Finance, Engagement, Relation Track, oikos Network.

The Engagement function is looking for members able to create a highly committed environment in the teams they will be working in. Lack of commitment is often a relevant issue in voluntary-based organisations; this is why this function exists. 

Who are we looking for? 

The function is looking for an outgoing, extrovert, and proactive person. Among the most relevant tasks in the function, function members will have to establish external relations in order to organise social gatherings; thus, having event management skills is surely a plus, but not necessary to apply for the position. Certainly, a full sense of coordination and communication is mandatory, since the members will have to relate to both internal and external actors on a weekly basis.
