The Relations Function
oikos Copenhagen is organized divided into functions and projects. Every project-team will consist of 6 members, each of them coming from different functions: Project Management, Communication, Finance, Engagement, Relations, and oikos Network.
The Relations function builds and maintains the external network of the organization. In the online database, we keep an overview of all the partners and contacts within the different projects. At the same time, we make sure that the contacts of the overall organization are managed. To ensure continuity of the organization, the Relations function will work on the funding strategy for the coming years with the Finance function.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates for the position of Relations Manager should be structured and well-organised. An eye for detail while at the same time overseeing the bigger picture is crucial in ensuring the best value for both our partners and the organization itself. Candidates should have a good sense for working in a team, to ensure interesting collaborations with our partners, also across projects.
Relations Managers should have a feeling for approaching new and existing partners in the oikos network. This also includes the active engagement in fundraising activities through direct applications or external relations.
